Food is great but today we ordered more than usual due to the extra discount code BHAMREP by Mealzo. The amount was discounted with the code online but then received the confirmation email without the discounted amount. This is very misleading & disappointing. It made the experience unsatisfying at dinner. Mealzo spoke to me yet no indication of a refund. Misleading & giving a bad name to Turkish grill.

First time customer and the food was really delicious and fresh, even my fussy child approved! We got a platter for 2 which was alot for 2 people we couldn't finish it and I got a sheesh kebab meal. We definitely will recommend this place and we will be returning again.

Food was delicious, but 1 item was missing. I paid extra for Mandy Rice with the Lamb Kofta but you sent the Lamb Kofta without the rice!

I gave a 2 star for restaurant service as my food was wrong. I order mixed sharwa of chicken and lamb and got chicken with dinner meat, not what I was expecting.

Falafel was very dry, maybe old. I asked for a diet Pepsi, but I was given a normal one. The rest of the food was good.

Ordered at 5.20. Arrived at 7.15. I had ordered a childs meal with it and the poor child was hungry and late for bed
