First time ordered, food was tasty (platter for 2) and arrived warm which was good. There was no contact on delayed delivery, but all in all would order again as food was good.

FOOD IS LOVLEY, BUT ON THIS OCCASSION THE LAMB CHOPS WERE TOUGH AS OLD BOOTS...PHONED UP AND REPLACEMENT WAS OFFERED ON NEXT ORDER SO ON THE WHOLE GREAT FOOD....!! JUST HAD TO SORT MY FATHER OUT WITH OTHER FOOD THIS EVENING.

the wings had hair in them, which i did take a picture of, and can show as proof. The food was quite bland and for what it was quite expensive- as the platter only had lots of wings with barely anything else. The platters barely had any rice in them, considering one was for 5/6 people the rice was barely for about 2 people.

Food was delivered on time and hot.The taste of the food was amazing would recommend to anyone to likes authentic Turkish food.

I love it! Me and the wife always order from there at least once a week. Friendly staff and the food is very fresh (shawarma box is a must)

Always great tasting food, the quality has never dropped in all the times we have ordered from here, unfortunately had to wait over an hour on a Thursday for delivery

A real shame because I always enjoyed ordering before but feel really let down tonight. My order was over 3 hours late. After 2 hours we made contact and was told will be another 30 mins I’m pregnant a would have preferred some honestly at that point that they can’t fulfil my order so I can at least get something to eat from somewhere else. However I then waited a further hour, now 9pm and not a suitable time to eat. My partner managed to get through to the restaurant and the response was it’s raining and everyone likes shawarma it then arrived another 10 mins later and they need to bunch up a load of orders before they send them. I absolutely understand being somewhat late but 3 hours with no real apology or form of compensation is fairly out of order.

The order was delivered quickly and efficiently. There are a few points for consideration regarding the food. 1. The quality of the lamb doner needs to improve. 2. The chilli sauce was too sweet, there needs to be an option for chilli sauce without sugar/sweetener. 3. Cucumber needs to be included in the salad options.

I didn’t receive any confirmation of my order by email or text. I used the live chat and was reassured that my order had gone through. However, it took 2 hours from order to delivery. Very disappointed.

The naan had fungus and mould on it the next day after keeping it in the fridge. If it was fresh that would not happen

Hi. You ordered a platter, and we make naan freshly per order. And with the platter naan it's on top of your meal and naan catch the meat juice and you can't keep it in fridge for use it day after.

I ordered from this restaurant for the first time. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and everything was well-packaged and delivered on time. I would definitely order from them again.
