We recently moved to the area and thought we would try our local Turkish restaurant, but unfortunately, this was our first and last experience. I placed an order online and called the restaurant straight afterwards to make sure it had gone through. The person I spoke to confirmed they had received it and even double-checked my name and address. After waiting for an hour with no delivery, I called again and was told they were only just starting to cook my food and that it would take another 20 minutes. This meant we would have had to wait even longer for the food to be cooked and then delivered. The customer service was practically non-existent. No one contacted us to explain that the order was delayed, and we only found out because I called them myself after waiting for an hour. They offered me a refund, which I accepted, and we ordered from somewhere else instead. I expect the full refund to be processed, as we never received any food. Safe to say, we will not be ordering from here again. We will stick with the Turkish restaurant we always order from and they disappointed us!

You arrived late it took 1 hour delivery, the chicken was spicy when I specially asked for no spices at all, and whenever we order it always arrives very late.

Food was great as alway but pre ordered and was 30 minutes late. A little disappointed in that.

Meat tasted weird, portion very small, more salad than anything else. Lack of flavour. 2nd time I’ve ordered and food has been poor. Will defo not be ordering again.

They take order and after some times they cancel it. When i call they told is to far for them. Why they tok order if is to far?

Hi, Your order was cancelled shortly after it was placed because the delivery address was approximately 6 miles away and outside our delivery range. When you contacted us, we explained the reason for the cancellation at the time. Still you left comment here، 🫤

The order was delivered quickly and efficiently. There are a few points for consideration regarding the food. 1. The quality of the lamb doner needs to improve. 2. The chilli sauce was too sweet, there needs to be an option for chilli sauce without sugar/sweetener. 3. Cucumber needs to be included in the salad options.
